ParseRouter uses a simple, usage-based model: you buy credits and spend them as you parse. No subscriptions, no per-seat fees – you pay for what you process.

How pricing works

Parsing costs 1 credit per page. A 10-page PDF costs 10 credits; a single image costs 1. The price is flat regardless of the document’s content or complexity.
You’re charged only when a parse succeeds. If a request fails – an unreadable file, a document over the page limit, or a temporary backend error – no credits are deducted. You never pay for a result you didn’t receive.

Buying credits

Add credits from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed, and credits don’t expire.

Checking your balance

Your current balance is shown on the dashboard. Before a parse runs, ParseRouter checks that you have enough credits for the document’s page count – if you don’t, the request is rejected with a 402 error and nothing is charged.

The page count for a PDF is determined before parsing begins, so you can predict the cost of any document from its page count.
